07. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and he refers to a judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Nara Raghava Rao vrs. Nadiabasi Biswas reported in AIR 1986 Orissa 255 stating that caste entry in the RoR has no relevance and ought not to have been considered by the Committed before reaching at a conclusion that the petitioner does not belong to a caste of 'Pano'.

2. Mr. Patra, learned ASC for the State submits that he needs to go through the said judgment and reply back and on such ground prays for an adjournment.

3. List on 24th November, 2023 for final orders awaiting reply of the State.

4. Interim order passed by this Court earlier shall remain in force till the next date.
