3. On cursory perusal we find impugned is judgment dated 16th

March, 2023 made by the family Court under section 125 in Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973. As such, the report appears to have been

made following provision in sub-section (4) of section 19, Family

Courts Act, 1984.
