02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. It is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the case has been posted for judgment which is yet to be pronounced in this case.
3. In such view of the matter, the learned trial Court is requested to pronounce the judgment, if there is no other legal impediment within two months hence and in case the aforesaid exercise is not done, the Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
4. Accordingly, the bail application stands disposed of.
