2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits that Writ Appeal No.777 of 2021 has already been dismissed upholding the judgment dated 09.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.19951 of 2021. He further submits, this Court has ordered to list the identical matters on 30.06.2023.

3. Mr.Rout, learned ASC appears and submits that he has instruction to render appearance for the Opposite Parties/Contemnors.

4. He prays for an adjournment to take instruction and file Compliance Affidavit.

5. In view of such submission made, matter be listed on 30th June, 2023.
