02. 1. The matter is stated to be at the stage of pronouncement of the judgment in the trial Court. Obviously, the trial Court will deal with the question of release, if any, of the seized vehicle and mobile phone as well in its judgment. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage.
2. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
