this Court in W.P.(C) No.40093 of 2021 and batch, this writ petition, which is squarely covered by the said judgment, is hereby disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

2. The Opposite Parties No.1 to 3 are, accordingly, directed to extend the similar benefits as has been directed in W.P.(C) No.40093 of 2021 and batch to the Petitioner within a period of two months from the date of communication of this judgment.
