Mr.B.S.Tripathy, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits that though against the judgment dated 23.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.3964 of 2020, the Writ Appeal No.918 of 2021 was preferred by the OPSC, but the same was dismissed for non prosecution on 09.03.2023. Despite dismissal of the said Writ Appeal, judgment passed by the coordinate Bench is yet to be worked out.

3. Mr.Rout, learned ASC for the State is present and submits that he has instruction to render appearance for Opposite Party No.1. He also prays for four weeks time to take instruction.

4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to file requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by Speed Post/Registered Post with A.D. by Monday (22.05.2023).

5. On filing of requisites, Office is directed to issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by fixing a short returnable date.

6. Office is further directed to keep on record the Tracking Report before the next date of listing.

7. Matter be listed on 30th June, 2023.
