3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that for the self same project, same Notification & same Village, the learned Court below by order dated 26.03.2011 in LA Case No.3/2008 (Damodar Routray v. Land Acquisition, Collector, Cuttack) disposed of the case by awarding a sum of Rs.2.5 lakhs per acre and other statutory benefits relying upon the judgments of this Court reported in 104 (2007) CLT 26 (Kedar Charan Dehury v. State of Orissa) and the Apex Court reported in AIR 2005 SC 749 (Assistant Commissioner-cum-Land Acquisition Officer, Bellary v. S.T. Pompanna Setty) and other connected matters. He further submits that the acquired land in the present writ petition is covered by the aforesaid order dated 26.03.2011.
4. The learned Government Advocate supports the
contention raised by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
5. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the light of order passed in the case of Damodar Routray (supra). Accordingly the compensation amount be paid to the claimants preferably within a period of four months.
