1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner for seeking modification of judgment dated 27.04.2023.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that in 8th line of para-18 of the judgment, after the word "Orissa Forest Service", the word "Group-B" be added and in the 2nd line of para-19 of the judgment, the date has been wrongly typed as "20.01.2015" instead of "20.01.2014" and in the 3rd line from the bottom of para-21 of the judgment, the date has been wrongly typed as "24.09.2014" instead of "24.09.2015".

4. Considering such submission, necessary modification be carried // 2 //

out of the judgment dated 27.04.2023 as mentioned hereinabove.

5. Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per Rules.
