2. Mr.A.Tripathy, learned Counsel for the Petitioner appears through virtual mode and submits that Writ Appeal No.777 of 2021 was preferred against the judgment dated 09.09.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.19951 of 2021. Though the said Appeal was dismissed by the Division Bench on 12.04.2023, still the direction given in W.P.(C) No.19951 of 2021 is to be worked out.
3. Mr. Rout, learned ASC for the State is present and submits that he has instruction to render appearance for the Opposite Parties. As he has already received copy of the Contempt Petition, he may be granted four weeks time to take instruction and file Compliance/Show Cause Affidavit.
4. Compliance/Show Cause Affidavit be filed by 27.06.2023 after serving copy of the same on learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
5. Matter be listed on 30th June, 2023.
