Considering the submissions made and on going through the impugned judgments; further taking into account the fact that the Petitioner was all along on bail during trial and pendency of the Appeal and has never misutilized the liberty when he is now in custody for a period of four months from the date of pronouncement of the judgment; this Court is inclined to direct that further execution of sentence imposed upon this Petitioner in C.T. Case No.64/100 of 2016 by the learned C.J.M.-cum-Assistant Sessions Judge, Khurda at Bhubaneswar, which has been confirmed in Criminal Appeal

No.50 of 2019 shall remain suspended till disposal of this Revision and the Petitioner be released on bail by the Trial Court pending disposal of this Revision on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
