1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Dr. B.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr. S.K. Samal, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate appearing for the Respondents.

3. Even though office note indicates that the delay in filing the appeal is 1998 days, but it is found that the said calculation has been wrongly made. The impugned Judgment passed by the Tribunal on 13.09.2017 and the present appeal has been filed on 14.12.2017. In view of such nature of filing jut after the period of limitation, this Court is inclined to condone the delay in filing the appeal.

4. I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
