Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that in compliance to the judgment of this Court dated 24.11.2022 passed in the present writ petition, the State Government has prepared the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for bidding process in respect of minor minerals. The same is filed by way of an affidavit under Annexure-A/1 thereof. The affidavit be kept on record.
