Mr. Singh, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Order dated 14.12.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.1855 of 2020 is yet to be worked out in terms of judgment and Order dated 23.11.2021 passed in W.P.(C) Nos.16906/2020 and W.P.(C) No.18877/2021, based on which said Writ Petition was disposed of at the stage of admission.

3. Mr. Rout, learned ASC for the Contemners submits that he has already received copy of the Contempt Petition and prays for four weeks time to take instruction and file Show Cause Affidavit. Prayer for time is allowed.

4. Show Cause Affidavit be filed by 22.06.2023 after serving copy of the same on the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

5. Matter be listed on 30.06.2023.
