3. As an interim measure, it is directed that operation of the judgment dated 31st March, 2023 (Annexure-1) passed by learned District Judge, Khurda at Bhubaneswar in FAO No.28 of 2023 confirming the order dated 17th February, 2023 (Annexure-

2) passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Bhubaneswar in I.A. No.01 of 2021 (arising out of C.S. No.2736 of 2021) shall remain stayed till the next date.
