                           3.             1.        This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 21st October, 2017 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Criminal Proceeding No.115 of 2016 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Opposite Party has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.4,500/- per month to the Petitioner with effect from the date of filing of the petition, i.e., from 29th June, 2016.

3. Mr. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM. Memo is taken on record.

4. In view of the memo filed, the RPFAM is dismissed as withdrawn.
