06. 1. Instant I.A. is filed by the appellant for stay of the proceeding in Execution Case Nos. 2/8/6 of 2008-2009-2014 despite an interim order in view of the Supreme Court's judgment in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. Vrs. Central Bureau of Investigation reported in 2018(16) SCC 299.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents is present and he submits that a copy of the I.A. is served on him today in Court and prays for time to file objection. To enable the respondents to file an objection, the hearing on the I.A. is adjourned.

3. List on 6th July, 2023 for objection, if any to the I.A.

4. As an interim measure, the interim order on 31st October, 2008 passed by this Court staying the proceeding in Execution Case Nos. 2/8/6 of 2008-2009-2014 is hereby extended till the next date.

5. List on the date fixed along with Misc. Case No. 310 of 2015.
