02. I.A.NO.4331 OF 2023 :

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the case of the Petitioners is squarely covered by the judgment rendered recently by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of State of Odisha-v.- Patitapaban Dutta Dash and others in W.A.No.777 of 2021 decided on 12.04.2023. The Division Bench of this Court has upheld the order passed by the Hon'ble Single Judge Bench. On further perusal of the Writ Petition, it appears that the Petitioner during pendency of the Writ Appeal No.777 of 2021 has again approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.9326 of 2022. During pendency of the aforesaid appeal, vide order dated 29.04.2022 this Court while issuing notice in the Writ Petition was pleased to pass an interim order directing 11 number of posts of Junior Revenue Assistant shall not be filed up till the next date.

3. In such view of the matter, list this matter along with W.P.(C) No.9326 of 2022. In the interim, it is directed that seventeen number of posts of Junior Revenue Assistant shall not be filled up till the next date.

4. List this matter in the week commencing from 17th July, 2023.
