3. Mr. Rout submits, the S.L.P.(C) No.15747-48 of 2022 preferred against the judgment passed by this court in L.A.A. No.20 of 2021, had been fixed to today, but he is yet to take instruction as to the outcome of today's proceeding. He prays for a short adjournment to take instruction, which is allowed.
