3. Judgment dated 20th May, 2016 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.216 of 2015 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 27th November, 2015.

4. Since none appears for the parties, this Court feels that they have lost interest in pursuing the matter.

5. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
