1. Instant IA is filed for stay operation of the impugned judgment dated 18th June, 2022 in FA No.29 of 2011 confirming the judgment of the court of 1st instance in OA No.10 of 2000. Since notice is issued to respondents the point of limitation, the Court is not inclined to stay operation of the impugned judgment, however, directs the parties to maintain the status quo vis-à-vis the subject matter till the next date.
