06. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
Learned counsel for the State submitted that the petitioner has got nineteen criminal antecedents including cases under N.D.P.S. Act.
Let the learned counsel for the petitioner obtain instruction in respect of each such antecedent and file a comprehensive affidavit relating to the status of those cases, if in any case the petitioner has been granted bail, the certified copy of the bail order shall be annexed to the comprehensive affidavit and if any case the petitioner has been acquitted or convicted, // 2 //
the certified copy of the judgment shall also be annexed to the comprehensive affidavit.
Copy of the comprehensive affidavit be served on the learned counsel for the State in advance.
List this matter after the ensuing Summer Vacation.
