01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Since one of the offences is under section 3 of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act, let an extra copy of the appeal memo along with the impugned judgment be served on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (09.05.2023), who shall send the same to the Inspector-in-Charge of Jajpur Sadar Police Station in Jajpur Sadar P.S. Case No.2 of 2023 for its service on the informant and if she so likes, she can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for bail. A written proof regarding service of notice be obtained from the informant.

Put up this matter when moved during vacation.
