2. Mr.P.Das, learned Counsel on behalf of Mr.S.K.Dash, learned Counsel for the Appellant, so also Mr.N.Panda, learned Counsel for the Private Respondent No.1 and Mr.G.N.Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State Respondent are present.

3. Learned Counsel for the Respondents, including the State Counsel, submit that the enhanced compensation amount has already been disbursed in favour of the beneficiaries in terms of the impugned judgment dated 30.06.2015 passed in L.A. Misc. Case No.130 of 2014.

4. The said submission made by the learned Counsel for the Respondents is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Appellant.

5. Accordingly, appeal stands dismissed as infructuous.
