07. 1. It appears that despite service notice, none is appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2-Wife. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that divorce has already been granted by the judgment dated 30th June, 2014 by the Judge, Family Court, Cuttack which has become final and the parties are now living separately.
2. In that view of the matter, order dated 6th October, 2007 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswsar in G.R. Case No.1785 of 2007 and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.
3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
