This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This is an application for correction of the cause title.

3. It is submitted that due to typographical error with

respect to the age of the petitioner occurred in the cause

title of the petition, the petitioner is unable to submit the

certified copy of the order of this Court passed by this

Court in Judgment vide W.P(C) No. 19642 of 2022 relating

to RACP before the implementing authority for its

compliance. Hence he prays for correction.

4. Considering the averments made in the I.A., the prayer

for correction in the cause title is allowed.

5. Accordingly, in the cause title, the age of the petitioner

wrongly mentioned as "aged about 60 years" be read as

"aged about 52 years"

6. The I.A is disposed of.

7. Issue urgent certified copy of the order as per Rules.
