01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that in an identical order dated 09.09.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.19951 of 2020 which was challenged by State in W.A. No.777 of 2021 before the Division Bench and the said W.A. was dismissed vide judgment dated 12.04.2023.
3. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties/Contemnors seeks more time to comply with the order.
4. Considering such submissions, this Court disposes of the Contempt Petition by granting further six weeks' time to the Contemnors to implement the order, failing which the contemnor shall appear in person in Court and explain as to why a proceeding under the Contempt of Courts Act shall not be made. In the event the order is complied with, the personal appearance shall be automatically dispensed with.
