Order No.                                   05.05.2023

    01.     1.       This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual
            /Physical Mode).

2. It is alleged by learned counsel for the Petitioner that despite order passed by this Court on 09.09.2022. The same has not been implemented by the contemnor. He further submitted that although the order passed by this Court on 09.09.2022 has been communicated to the Opposite Party No.2, but yet, he has not complied with the said order.

3. In such view of the matter, as a last chance four weeks time allowed to the contemnors to comply with the order passed by this Court's order in its letter and spirit.

4. This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of the // 2 //

Court's order dated 09.09.2022 passed in WPC(OAC) No.289 of 2018.

5. Considering the submission made and as a last opportunity this Court deems it proper to provide as a last chance and the Contempt Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party-Contemnor to comply with the direction of this Court dated 09.09.2022 passed in WPC(OAC) No.289 of 2018, if the same has not been complied with in the meantime, within a period of four weeks from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner, provided the operation of order/judgment has not been stayed by higher forum and file compliance report before the Registry of this Court within one week thereafter. It is made clear that in the event the order of the Court is not given effect to within the time stipulated hereinabove, it will be construed to be deliberate violation of this Court's order.

6. The CONTC is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
