01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

<It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition and issue writ of mandamus directing the Opp. Parties, more particularly to the Opp. Party No.3 i.e. the District Education Officer (D.E.O), Cuttack to give compassionate appointment to the petitioner under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme keeping in view of the judgment/decision of this Hon'ble Court in case of Ritanjali Giri @ Paul-vrs. State of Odisha and Others, reported in 2016(1) ILR-CUT- 1162 (under Annexure-6) and the petitioner's representation dt.12.10.2022 (under Annexure-8) within a stipulated period for the greater interest of justice for the greater interest of justice=.

4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the // 2 //

Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.3 vide Annexure-8 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
