2. None appears for the parties at the time of call.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment dated 18th July, 2017 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jeypore, Koraput in Criminal Proceeding No.23 of 2017, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.1,500/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.750/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 9th March, 2017 along with other directions.

4. Since none appears for the parties, this Court feels that they have lost interest in pursuing the RPFAM.

5. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
