                      Petitioner.

2. By producing material, Mr. Ghose, learned AGA brings to the notice of this Court that in the meantime there has been implementation of the order dated 13.12.2018 passed in W.P. (C) No. 5321 of 2014.

3. For there is implementation of judgment already, this Court finds, there is no cause of action surviving to entertain the Review Petition any further, which is dropped accordingly.
