2. Notice be issued to the Respondent No.1 by Speed Post/Registered Post with A.D. returnable by the next date. Requisites be filed within three working days.

3. Additionally, a copy of the appeal as well as the applications be served on learned counsel who was appearing before the learned Single Judge on behalf of Respondent No.1.

4. List on 8th May, 2023.
