09. 1. This Writ Petition involves claim of a Pump Operator / Diver in Padada Gram Panchayat, At/P.O./Village-Padada, Dist.-Balasore.

2. Today after threadbare hearing involving similar matter vide W.P.(C) No.6871 of 2012, this Court while allowing this Writ Petition, has already given direction in favour of the Petitioner therein.

3. Considering the submissions in the case at hand, this Court finds, the present case stands on same footing and the decision therein squarely applies to the case at hand. This Court, therefore, in disposal of this Writ Petition, extends the benefits granted in W.P.(C) No.6871 of 2012 in favour of the Petitioner herein.

4. It will be open to the Petitioner herein to supply certified copy of this order along with the copy of judgment and direction in W.P.(C) No.6871 of 2012 on opposite party no.6 to work-out the direction therein also in case of Petitioner herein.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above order.
