3. Judgment dated 8th July, 2013 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur in Criminal Misc. No.458 of 2012 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby entertaining an application under Section 127 Cr.P.C., the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance at the enhanced rate of Rs.2,500/- per month to each of the Opposite Parties from the date of the order.

4. Since none appears for the parties, this Court feels that the parties have lost interest in pursuing the matter.

5. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
