2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 28th November, 2013 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in CRP No.583 of 2006 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of application along with litigation cost of Rs.1,000/-.

4. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim order dated 27th January, 2014 passed in Misc. Case No.194 of 2013 stands vacated.

6. Office shall intimate the order to learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack forthwith.
