        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. It is submitted by Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner that in spite of his best efforts, he could not get the contact number of Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties, as no Vakalatnama has yet been filed by him. Hence, copy of the RPFAM could not be served on him.

3. Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties appearing through virtual mode provided his contact number and submits that he will collect the copy of the RPFAM from Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner by 20th March, 2023.

4. Put up this matter on 27th April, 2023.

5. In the meantime, no coercive measure shall be taken against the Petitioner pursuant to the judgment dated 24th November, 2022 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.19 of 2018 till the next date.
