        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 15th November, 2014 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela in Criminal Proceeding No.2 of 2013 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.2,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.1,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of application, i.e., from 7th January, 2013.

3. Mr. Moharana, learned counsel being authorized by Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has instruction to withdraw the RPFAM. He also files a memo to that effect, which is taken on record.

4. In view of the memo filed, the RPFAM stands dismissed as withdrawn.
