        10.      1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Judgment dated 18th November, 2016 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Phulbani in C.R.P. No.14 of 2016 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.3,000/- per month to opposite Party No.3 from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 8th January, 2016.

3. Mr. Achary, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments, the RPFAM has become infructuous and files a memo to that effect, which is taken on record. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the RPFAM.

4. In view of the submission made, the RPFAM is disposed of as withdrawn.

5. Interim order dated 27th April, 2017 passed in Misc. Case No.381 of 2016 stands vacated.
