13. 1. It is seen that the learned Single Judge has on 8th February 2023 in ARBA No.57 of 2018 stayed the operation of the judgment dated 11th September 2018 passed by the District Judge, Khurda in Arb (P) No.110 of 2013.

2. In that view of the matter, the present petition is adjourned sine die awaiting the decision in ARBA No.57 of 2018. Liberty is granted to the parties to mention the petition for listing thereafter.
