None appears for the petitioner. When the matter was called on 16.12.2022 as well as on 23.12.2022, nobody appeared for the petitioner.

Pursuant to the order dated 20.09.2022, learned Grama Nyayadhikari -cum- J.M.F.C., Sukinda in 1.C.C. Case No.183 of 2016 has submitted the report in sealed cover.

Perused the report.
I do not find any merit in the prayer made in this application.
Accordingly, the CRLMP stands dismissed. The learned trial Court shall do well to conclude the argument of the case within a period of one week of receipt of the order and pronounce the judgment within a month thereafter.
A copy of the order be communicated to the learned trial Court for compliance.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
