        4.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 17th May, 2014 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur in Criminal Misc. Case No.474 of 2012 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.2,000/- per month to the Opposite Party and Rs.1,000/- per month to her minor son till he attains the age of majority with effect from the date of filing of the case, i.e., from 22nd November, 2012.

4. Although notice was directed to be issued to the Opposite Party vide order dated 11th September, 2014, but no step for issuance of notice has been taken, as yet.

5. Since none appears on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.

6. Interim order dated 11th September, 2014 passed in Misc. Case No.209 of 2014 stands vacated.
