        3.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 18th November, 2015 (Annexure-2) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.64 of 2014 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.2,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.1,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 9th June, 2014.

4. Although the matter was filed on 5th December, 2016, but no step has been taken either to remove the defects or to condone the delay of two hundred ninety three days in filing the RPFAM.

5. Since no step has been taken for condonation of delay, the RPFAM stands dismissed as barred by limitation.
