02. 1. Mr. Bose along with Mr. Mishra, learned advocates appear on

behalf of applicant and submits, there has been wilful and deliberate

violation of directions made in judgment dated 17th October, 2022,

as modified by order dated 10th November, 2022. He submits, the

orders were communicated to the office of alleged contemner under

cover of letters on 19th October, 2022 and 12th November, 2022.
