3. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.
3. Judgment dated 27th April, 2012 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Crl. Proceeding No.181 of 2011 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance @ Rs.2,000/- per month to each of the Opposite Parties from the date of application, i.e., from 20th August, 2011.
4. On perusal of the record, it appears that there is a delay of two hundred seventy nine days in filing the RPFAM. Although vide order dated 15th May, 2013 passed in Misc. Case No.63 of 2013, notices were directed to be issued to the Opposite Parties in the matter of limitation, but no step was taken for issuance of notice, as yet.
5. In view of the above, Misc. Case No.63 of 2013 is dismissed. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed being barred by limitation.
