02. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. B. Routray, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. J. Biswal, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
3. This is an application for condoning the delay of 08 days, according to the Stamp Reporter, in filing the appeal from the judgment dated 12.01.2023 delivered in WPC(OAC) No.1511 of 2016.
4. Issue notice as to why the aforementioned delay should not be condoned as prayed for or such other order or
orders should not be passed by this Court as deemed appropriate in the circumstances of the case.
5. Notice is made returnable on 27th July, 2023.
6. Since Mr. M.K. Khuntia, learned Addl. Government Advocate appears and waives notice for the Opposite Parties No.1 and 2, no formal notice is called for.
7. Steps for service of notice on the Opposite Party No.3 shall be taken by the applicant within 26th June, 2023 by Registered Post with A.D.
