10. 1. There is a delay of 81 days in preferring the petition seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 11th September, 2007 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Berhampur (Ganjam) in S.C. Case No. 33/298 of 2005 arising out of Badabazar P.S. Case No. 68 of 2005 acquitting the Respondents of the offences U/S. 302 read with Section 34 IPC.
2. having examined the application condonation of delay, the Court finds the reason giving therein are wholly unsatisfactory and do not meet the requirements as spelt out by the of Supreme Court of India in Chief Post Master General v. Living Media India Ltd. (2012) 3 SCC 563 and The State of Madhya Pradesh v. Bherulal (2020) 10 SCC.
3. Consequently, the application for condonation of delay is dismissed. As a result, the criminal leave petition is dismissed.
