Learned Counsel for the Petition is present and submits, after filing of Contempt Petition, in terms of judgment of this Court dated 15.12.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.4141 of 2016, various legal dues of the Petitioner were released in his favour by transferring the said amount to the SBI Savings Bank Account of the Petitioner through NEFT. However, to the knowledge of the Petitioner, interest @ 10% on the said amount, is yet to be paid to him. To the said effect, a Memo is filed in Court today. The same be kept on record.

3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party/Contemnor by Registered Post/Speed Post with A.D. along with a copy of this Order by fixing a short returnable date. Requisites be filed by Monday (24.07.2023).

4. Matter be listed on 18th August, 2023.

5. Office is directed to keep on record the Tracking Report before the next date of listing.
