08. 1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that certified copies of the judgment and decree have been filed and considering the same, the defect which has been pointed out by the S.R. may be ignored.

2. It is further submitted that I.A. No. 720 of 2020 is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay which is, however, not in Court's brief.

3. Registry is directed to place it on record on the next date for orders.
