4. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call.
3. Judgment dated 28th January, 2019 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in Criminal Proceeding No.09 of 2014 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby allowing an application under Section 127 Cr.P.C., the Opposite Party has been directed to pay maintenance at the enhanced rate of Rs.3,000/- per month to the Petitioner No.1 and Rs.2000/- per month to each of the Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 from the date of the application, i.e., from 17th January, 2014.
4. On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that although the matter was filed on 13th March, 2019, defects as pointed out by SR has not yet been removed. Hence, it appears that the Petitioners have no interest to pursue the matter.
5. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.
