04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Mr. Kishore Kumar Patel, learned counsel along with Mr. Sapan Kumar Pal, learned counsel appears for the applicants.

3. This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay that occurred in filing the intra-court appeal from the common judgment dated 17.08.2022 delivered in WPC(OAC) No.2645 of 2014.

4. Mr. M.K. Khuntia, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents has clearly stated at the threshold that the Opposite Parties will not oppose the prayer for condonation considering the short length of delay.

5. Having recorded the said concession, the delay stands condoned.

6. In the result, the I.A. is allowed and disposed of.

05. 1. In view of the order passed today in I.A. No.2801 of 2023, this appeal is taken up for consideration.

2. Let the matter be listed again on 31st July, 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the appellants is further directed to supply a copy of the Memorandum of Appeal with all enclosures to Mr. M.K. Khuntia, learned Additional Government Advocate in course of the day.
